i love listening to rock music. you know, the loud type. actually, i love listening to screEMO music. yep. those which are similar to alesana, chiodos, and saosin. i also like my chemical romance. these bands that ive mentioned are bands that play really loud music. its amazing they can still hear their screaming fans as they walk by.
my mother never liked listening to this kind of music. she'd always say: "ano ba yang tunog na yan! ang iingay! naiintindihan m ba yan?"
i laughed. i answered her in my mind: "i get their lyrics, of course." :)
many people just laugh whenever they find out i listen to GUY MUSIC. one time, my friend borrowed my iPod. he started checking out my playlist, then he started to laugh. of course, i was puzzled. i didnt put any smosh songs there, what's he smiling about? then he told me: "aa..screemo pa yan!"
i mean.. so what, right? im not mad or anything. haha, peace guys! i just dont get it. anybody can possibly listen to anything. well, i have passion for screamo. im looking forward to teaching myself how to scream as beautiful as they do. think lacey mosely of the band flyleaf (they are a christian band). she's a cute girl. i didnt know she screams like that. so clear, so clean!
okay okay. enough of that..
well, i had this phone conversation with kiarra. i MISHEARD almost everything she said! man! especially at the part when we were talking about UP courses. i told her that im gonna take communication arts in UP los banos, and then she said something about courses like development communication, broadcast communication,...math communication...
math comm?!
okay. first, i dont know if you need something like that. communication for mathematics. communication and math. sounds like a crazy pair. but i thought: could it be possible? i mean, there could be a proper way of communicating to mathematicians! they might talk to you like this:
mathematician: knock squared! quantity x cubed plus eight?
me: well..is that a question?
mathematician: where x is equal to the arctangent of the slope of the slide..of the swimming pool..of the resort..nearest...you...?!
me: huh? i dont think i can solve that.
see? it would be difficult for us to communicate with math geeks. so, is that the reason why we need math comm?
right before i come to the point of telling those things to kiarra, she said: "MASS communication. hindi math com."
OOOOOHH..RIGHT!
darn it!
another thing is that i think im going blind because of watching too much anime on tv (fushigi yuugi on dvd!) and because of staying in front of the computer for hours.
so am i gonna be alright? deaf-blind?!
